Manufacturer of Bulk Density Measurement DeviceWorking principle: A certain amount of granules is placed in a measuring cylinder with a diameter of 50mm, and a certain amount of free fall motion is manually made at a distance of 15mm up and down to calculate the ratio of the volume of granules from loose to dense state - that is, the dust packing density.
Manufacturer of Bulk Density Measurement DeviceEquipped with a measuring cylinder with a diameter of 50mm, both sides can be operated simultaneously, greatly improving production efficiency.
measurement method
1. Preparation of sample: Place the sample to be tested in an oven and1100CDry at a certain temperature1Cool to room temperature before measurement.
2. Use one250mLFill the beaker with the sample to be tested. Close the discharge port of the funnel and place the measuring cylinder at the center of its outlet. Pour the sample into the funnel, open the discharge valve of the funnel to allow the abrasive to fall freely until it is completely drained, and avoid vibration during this process.
3. Use a straightedge to scrape off any excess samples on the measuring cylinder. When scraping, the straightedge should be approximately level with the upper surface of the measuring bucket450Scrape the corners perpendicular to each other four times. This process should prevent compaction of the sample in the measuring cylinder and avoid vibration. Then weigh the sample in the measuring bucket.
4. Calculate the packing density according to the following formula:
Pap=m1/V
Where:Pap-------Bulk density of the sample to be tested, unit:g/cm3;
m1--------Measure the mass of the sample in the measuring cylinder, unit:g;
V---------Measure the volume of the measuring cylinder, unit:cm3.
5. A sample should be repeatedly measured three times, and the arithmetic mean of the three measurement results should be taken as the bulk density value of the tested sample.
6. The error of repeated measurements by the same operator using the same instrument shall not exceed±0.02g/cm3.
