UHZ seriesMagnetic flip column level gauge, is a product developed and produced by our company in accordance with the magnetic level gauge standard HG/T21584-95 issued by the Ministry of Chemical Industry, by introducing and absorbing similar foreign products, and absorbing, digesting, and improving them. It can be used for medium level detection of various towers, tanks, tanks, spherical containers, boilers and other equipment.
This series of magnetic level gauges can achieve high sealing, leak detection, and adapt to liquid level measurement under high, high temperature, and corrosive conditions, with reliable safety. It compensates for the shortcomings of unclear and fragile liquid levels in glass plates (tubes), is not affected by high and low temperature changes, and does not require the combination of multiple liquid levels. The entire measurement process has no blind spots, prominent display, reading support, and a large measurement range. Especially for the on-site instructions, as they do not come into direct contact with liquid media, they are more effective against high temperature, high pressure, high viscosity, toxic, harmful, and highly corrosive media. Therefore, it has higher reliability, safety, reliability, and practicality than traditional glass tubes and plate level gauges.

Moreover, various models of liquid level gauges are equipped with liquid level alarms and control switches, which can achieve upper and lower limit alarm, control, or interlocking of liquid level or end; Equipped with a static pressure liquid level transmitter or a dry spring one point resistance liquid level transmitter, the liquid level and boundary signals can be converted into a two-wire 4-20mADC standard signal, enabling remote indication, detection, recording, and control. This series of side mounted magnetic flip column level gauges can be widely used for level measurement and control in various industries such as power, petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, environmental protection, shipbuilding, construction, and food production processes.
Main features
Suitable for measuring the liquid level and boundary position of liquid media in containers. In addition to on-site monitoring, it also has complete detection functions such as configurable element transmitters, alarm switches, and control switches. Just novel, with a reading guide and eye-catching design, the direction of the observation indicator can be changed according to the user's needs. The measurement range is large and not limited by the height of the storage tank. Just because the institution is isolated from the tested medium *, it has good sealing, high reliability, and safe use. Simple structure, easy installation, and low maintenance costs. Corrosion resistant, no need for power supply, explosion-proof. The structural principle of the flip column magnetic float level gauge is developed based on the principle of buoyancy and magnetic coupling. When the liquid level in the tested container rises or falls, the float in the main tube of the level gauge also rises or falls accordingly. The magnetic steel inside the float is transmitted through a magnetic coupling to the on-site indicator, driving the red and white beads to flip 180 °. When the liquid level rises, the beads turn from white to red, and when the liquid level drops, the flip column turns from red to white. The red and white boundary positions of the indicator are the actual height of the medium liquid level in the container, thus achieving the indication of the liquid level.
