Wheel replacement device

The compact grinding center is equipped with a gantry style 68 station integrated grinding wheel replacement device. This replacement device can flexibly load different grinding wheels, diamond rollers, measuring probes, etc. The large capacity grinding wheel replacement device can effectively process multiple different workpieces without any intervention of the tool.

    Tool Identification

    The grinding wheel and tool recognition system are optional. The tool is installed on the bracket of the loading and unloading position. Safely read the data stored on the RFID chip before loading. When unloading the grinding wheel, the current data will be written to the chip. The tool recognition system eliminates the possibility of errors when inputting tool data on the machine, ensuring safe and uninterrupted operation.

    Replace the grinding wheel and dressing roller simultaneously

    The high-performance spindle can achieve a speed of up to 12000 revolutions per minute, while the top mounted dresser is integrated into the spindle box, which can shorten the machining time. For each processing step, the dual claw dual arm exchange arm can be used to simultaneously or separately replace the grinding wheel and diamond roller. Compact fixtures can achieve efficient grinding processing, and continuous dressing of grinding wheels can achieve efficient and higher material removal rates. By eliminating the grinding wheel dressing and the time to move to the dressing device during the grinding process, the overhead dressing device can achieve the combination of synchronous grinding and dressing.

    Process optimized coolant supply

    The coolant supply is provided through a dual axis control nozzle. For drilling and milling tools, the nozzles on both sides of the grinding head box spindle can provide coolant for drilling and milling tools. Through the optional nozzle replacement system, the coolant supply can ideally adapt to different grinding needs to achieve the desired grinding effect.
