Gretag Macbeth's seven phosphor synthesized fluorescent technology provides simulated sunlight similar to that of a typical three phosphor synthesized fluorescent lamp. However, fluorescent lamps synthesized with three types of phosphors generally only enhance the blue and green light spectrum, but ashing the red light wave part reduces the accuracy of color matching. However, the Gretag Macbeth fluorescent lamp that has been obtained not only provides you with the closest simulated sunlight, but also serves as the standard light source for obtaining a high Color Rendering Index (CRI).
