1、 Instrument features
Luminescent Bacterial Toxicity AnalyzerIt is designed based on the inhibitory effect of toxic substances on the luminescence of specific luminescent bacteria. It measures the acute biological toxicity caused by heavy metals and other organic pollutants in the tested environmental sample by measuring the changes in the luminescence of luminescent bacteria. Compared with traditional methods of using fish, fleas, and other aquatic organisms as biological detection methods, the luminescent bacteria method is simple, fast, sensitive, adaptable, has good repeatability, high accuracy, low cost, and wide applicability. It can be used to determine the biological toxicity of toxic compounds, wastewater, and waste. Therefore, it is an ideal tool for initial screening and monitoring of biological toxicity in polluted environments, and also a new tool for exploring new experimental testing methods in other fields. This instrument is supervised by the China Environmental Monitoring Station.
The determination method has been listed as a standard, and the standard number: "GB/T15441-1995 Determination of Acute Toxicity of Water Quality - Luminescent Bacterial Method" is published in the standard text version by China Standards Publishing House. Instrument standard number: QNing/KTS01-93. After nearly twenty years of continuous development, it has been widely applied in fields such as environmental science, microbiology, immunology, bacteriology, biochemistry, and clinical testing.
2、 Instrument usage
Determine the acute toxicity of pure compounds (including organic molecules and inorganic metal ions).
Determine the acute toxicity of polluted water bodies (including industrial wastewater, mining and smelting wastewater, river water, and other water systems).
Determine the acute toxicity of contaminated soil, river and coastal sediment.
Used to study the interactions between toxic elements and compounds - synergistic or antagonistic effects.
Used for chemiluminescence analysis of chronic reactions, etc.
3、 Technical indicators
Sensitivity test: Equivalent to or better than the acute biotoxicity test method for fish body culture for 96 hours. See Table l
Testing precision: This measurement method belongs to the category of biological monitoring, and the relative deviation of the sample's three repeated measurements is less than 15%
Correlation significance: The level of relative luminescence between sample concentration and luminescent bacteria P<0.05 (industrial wastewater) or 0.01 (pure compound solution)
Output amplitude: selectable
Temperature: Maintain a constant value within the range of 20-25 ℃
Display: The measured values are displayed in a three and a half digit table
