1、 Product Overview

Online analyzers are used to monitor the levels of Escherichia coli in medical wastewater and drinking water. The instrument is based on national or industry standards and has the characteristics of simple operation, high degree of automation, easy maintenance, and low cost of consumables. The instrument is equipped with RS485/RS232 interface as standard, supports MODBUS protocol, and can comprehensively grasp its operation status and data through remote communication. It can also be remotely controlled to achieve functions such as remote analysis, remote calibration, and remote cleaning.

2、 Product Features

By using ultraviolet fluorescence method, combined with ultra sensitive, long-life, low maintenance photometric cell, etc., the analytical accuracy can be achieved. *The microelectronics technology ensures the reliability of the results. Based on classic analysis algorithms, Polynosis standardized algorithm is used for data derivation.

Simplified pipeline and operation, only need to connect the drug, sample, waste liquid pipeline and power cord during installation, set the parameters and start. The data is stored in a built-in memory, which can be saved for a long time and supports USB export. Low maintenance, fully automatic operation, short preparation time, no need for special electrician training; Low liquid consumption, low operation and maintenance costs, and reduced secondary pollution.

Principle description:

Escherichia coli produces β - galactosidase to decompose chromogenic substrates, resulting in a yellow color of the culture medium. The principle of Escherichia coli producing β - glucuronide to break down MUG (4-methyl-membelliferyl - β - glucuronide) and producing fluorescence in the culture medium under 366 nm ultraviolet light is used to qualitatively and quantitatively determine the total Escherichia coli population in water, fecal Escherichia coli (heat-resistant Escherichia coli), and Escherichia coli.
