3）The spiral angle and working length of the rotor ribs are designed reasonably, which can achieve the best kneading effect for the material. The rotor peak is made of wear-resistant hard alloy by welding, and the surfaces of the mixing chamber, rotor, and pressure weight in direct contact with the material are all polished and plated with hard chromium, which is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant.

4) Add material from the rear door of the rack, and flip the mixing chamber forward 140 ° to unload. This not only facilitates the connection of the production process, but also facilitates the observation and cleaning of the mixing chamber and rotor.
5) The junction between the upper opening of the mixing chamber and the suspended wall of the frame adopts an arc-shaped plate groove labyrinth sealing structure, which has good sealing and dustproof effect.
