Instructions for Use
Due to the complex environment of the sampling site, different laboratory analytical instruments, and the diversity of samples that can be collected from the sampling steel cylinder, it is difficult to unify and fix the sampling steel cylinder accessories. Users need to choose according to their actual needs, and our company will provide full technical services throughout the process. Sampling steel cylinder: default includes * 1 cylinder body, * 2 valves, * 1 pressure relief device, and * 1 throat clamp handle.
Other accessories can be selected according to the actual needs of the user, such as quick couplings, variable diameter couplings, pressure gauges, volumetric tubes, high-pressure hoses, steel cylinder supports, explosion-proof plates, sealing adhesives, closed sampling systems, etc.
Sampling pipeline: composed of metal hoses, connecting joints, and needle valves.
■ Connection connector: According to the on-site sampling device situation, our company can process and manufacture it.
PTFE inner coating: Using * technology, PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) is sprayed on the inner surface of the sampling steel cylinder to obtain a non stick surface, prevent trace components in the sample from adsorbing on the stainless steel surface, and improve the anti-corrosion ability of the steel cylinder for easy cleaning. PTFE coating combines non stick properties, heat resistance, chemical inertness, excellent insulation stability, and low friction, with comprehensive advantages that other layers cannot compete with.

High pressure hose: Metal hose is a flexible connecting pipe fitting for modern industrial equipment. The inner layer is a metal corrugated pipe, and the outer layer is covered with stainless steel braided mesh, which enhances the working ability of the metal corrugated pipe and shields static electricity. It has the advantages of corrosion resistance, high pressure resistance, high and low temperature resistance, and good sealing performance.

Pressure gauge: Installed at one end of the angle valve of the sampling cylinder, it facilitates real-time observation of the pressure of the sample inside the sampling cylinder. When the pressure is too high, the operator can promptly open the valve at an appropriate location for pressure relief treatment, further solving the safety hazard caused by the rapid increase in pressure inside the sampling cylinder due to temperature changes. The user selects a suitable pressure gauge based on the sampling medium.

Quick connector: specially designed for sampling steel cylinders, suitable for quick connection and disassembly of device pipelines, with good sealing performance, no need for rotation, easy operation, divided into button type and push-pull type.

■ Volume tube: Provides a reserved evaporation space of the required volume in a sampling steel cylinder containing liquefied gas. If there is not enough evaporation space, a small temperature rise can cause the liquefied gas medium in the cylinder to expand, leading to a sharp increase in pressure and posing a significant safety hazard to operators.
