Introduction to PTFE lined tower section

Sichuan Jinti Yongtong PTFE Anti corrosion Technology Co., Ltd. is located in Shibantan Industrial Development Park, Chengdu. For many years, it has been committed to the research and development of chemical anti-corrosion and has obtained more than ten patents for PTFE anti-corrosion technology and equipment.

(1) Our factory has three mature processes for large-scale equipment board lining, three-dimensional rolling lining, and isostatic pressing. We can produce F4 anti-corrosion equipment with any specification of lining according to the user's drawing requirements. There is no limit to vertical or horizontal, and branch pipes can be opened at any position with a length of 100mm;
(2) The thickness of lining F4 is generally 2-10mm, which can be selected arbitrarily;
(3) The upper and lower heads can be lined separately from the cylinder, or they can be lined as a whole. The depth of the elliptical head is one sixth of the diameter;
(4) The inner wall of the equipment steel shell should be flat and smooth, with a flange edge radius R of 6-10mm, and a branch pipe and flange edge radius R of 3-5mm;
(5) Scrapped old enamel pots can also be repaired and lined with F4 for reuse;
(6) Inspection standard: Use an electric spark flaw detector for detection, with a detection voltage of 25kV, a frequency of 1.9 * 106Hz, and a probe F4 surface movement speed not exceeding 50mm/sec to ensure that the qualified product is not penetrated.

The traditional PTFE lined reaction tower divides the tower sections into many sections with a length of less than 2 meters, resulting in too many flange joint surfaces throughout the tower, which is prone to leakage and makes the tower body bulky. Especially for many towers, the lining may be damaged due to unexpected negative pressure during use. By using this process, the tower body and tower cap can be made into a whole structure, and each section of the tower can be manufactured according to the actual required length. At the same time, all necessary packing supports, liquid distributors, feed pipes, and other tower internals can be fully equipped.

Maximum diameter: 6000mm, unlimited length (vertical and horizontal)
Use pressure:- 0.09—+1.6Mpa
Operating temperature:- 100—+200℃
Lining thickness: 2-6mm
