Introduction to Kneading Machine
Kneading machine is an ideal equipment for processing, mixing, kneading, crushing, dispersing and recombining various chemical products for non fluid and high viscosity materials. The kneading machine is a horizontal structure with parallel double impellers. All components that come into contact with the material, such as the mixing blade, mixing tank inner wall, and wall panels, are made of stainless steel and have the characteristics of corrosion resistance and ensuring the chemical properties of the raw materials.
1. Half tube radiation heating ensures maximum heating area, clearly demonstrating the characteristics of less thermal conductive medium, fast heating speed, and long insulation time;
2. The use of transmission contacts such as hydraulic couplings and flexible couplings ensures the stability of the transmission system;
3. It can uniformly knead various powders and pastes, with short kneading time, high efficiency, and fast discharge (one pot discharge time only takes 60-90s).
