Reasons and solutions for temperature control faults in ceramic muffle furnaces
The temperature display value is relatively low
reason:
1. The reference temperature of the thermocouple is too high;
2. Thermocouple grid leakage;
3. Thermocouple gate degeneration;
4. The measurement position of thermocouples is too far away;
5. Compensate for the mismatch between wires and thermocouples;
6. Compensate for the reverse connection between the wire and the thermoelectric dipole;
