1、 Product Overview

This instrument can be used in conjunction with the Laoying 3026 infrared flue gas comprehensive analyzer, Laoying 3023 ultraviolet differential flue gas comprehensive analyzer, Laoying 3022 flue gas comprehensive analyzer (15th generation), and Laoying 3012H series smoke/gas testing instrument. It is used for dust filtration, heating, condensation dehydration, and automatic drainage treatment of wet flue gas under working conditions, which can effectively improve the measurement accuracy of the supporting host and extend the service life of the sensor.

Adopting high-performance microcontroller and 2.7-inch OLED display screen, it has the characteristics of easy operation, rapid dehydration, and small loss of flue gas components, which meets the requirements of relevant standards for flue gas sampling. Suitable for non explosion proof occasions with good power grounding. When working in the field, measures should be taken to prevent rain, snow, and other invasions.

3、 Product Features

Integrating sampling, filtering, and water removal, with a small size and easy portability;

Adopting dual stage high-power semiconductor cooling, the preset cooling effect can also be achieved under high temperature conditions (40 ℃);

Equipped with a condensation chamber and a drainage heating system to ensure no icing under low temperature conditions (-20 ℃) and normal operation of the instrument;

Built in acidification device effectively reduces the dissolution loss of SO2 and NO2 in flue gas;

Using a 1 μ m filter to effectively protect the backend analyzer

Adopting a dual control drainage system of timed automatic drainage and liquid level detection automatic drainage to ensure timely discharge of condensed water under high humidity conditions and avoid entering the backend analyzer;

The front-end filter of the sampler adopts an embedded design with filter heating function to avoid filter condensation blocking the air path;
