Laichi Technology CAMSIZER M1 Static Image Method Granularity AnalyzerPrinciple of action
CAMSIZER M1 uses static image method to measure the particle size and shape of particles, with a measurement range of 0.5 µ m-1500 µ m. The slider component loaded with sample material moves synchronously with the camera system, ensuring that one photo is taken with each step of movement. Both dry and wet samples (powders, suspensions) can be analyzed. compareDynamic image methodThe sample of static image method is fixed during the measurement process, so it can obtain higher quality particle images and capture richer details.
For each detection, the particle size analyzer CAMSIZER M1 automatically focuses on the observation plate to ensure that all particles in the selected area can obtain high-precision images (tilt compensation). During the analysis process, all images and measurement data can be stored, and the use of Particle X-Plorer software provides multiple possibilities for subsequent data evaluation. After the measurement is completed, the overall image provides customers with a clear understanding of particle quality. Through innovative stitching algorithms, seamless stitching of multiple measurement areas can be achieved, and even particles larger than 1500 μ m in size can be evaluated.
