LactoScope's FT-A is a powerful mid infrared analyzer that can detect many dairy products: milk, cream, whey, concentrates, ice cream, and yogurt blends. The hardware innovation can easily test challenging dairy products, such as cream and other sticky products containing up to 55% fat.
