Operation Method

1Tower installation

00001. Piston grease (vacuum grease) shall be applied to all the joints of the tower where there are grinding holes, and they shall be carefully installed together. In addition, if the joints with flanging flanges are used, the gaskets shall be placed at the joints of each tower section, gently aligned, and the screw cap shall be carefully tightened (do not use too much force to prevent damage). At this time, the support clip screws shall be installed, the tower body shall be adjusted to make the whole vertical, and then the distance between the lifting table shall be adjusted to make the heating package and the tower bottom contact well (note that the tower bottom cannot be pressed). After that, the tower head shall be connected (note that they shall not be tightened too tightly to make them bear mutual force), and then the cooling water inlet and outlet glue of the tower head shall be connected Tube. (! Water should be supplied first during operation)

00002. Connect the pipeline from the outlet of the high-level measuring pipe to the flowmeter and feeding port.

00003. Apply vacuum silicone grease to the tower kettle interface, install the thermometer sleeve and glass hollow plug, and add inside the thermometer sleeve

Add about a quarter volume of methyl silicone oil.

2Place the temperature control and temperature measurement thermocouples of each part into the corresponding holes.

3Circuit inspection

（1）Plug in all circuit connectors on the control panel and check if the markings on each wiring terminal match the markings on the wires.

（2）Check if the wiring inside the instrument cabinet is loose. Check if the phase, zero, and ground positions of the power supply are correct, and then proceed with the heating operation. Attention! Make sure to ground the casing. The grounding wire must be well wired.
