It consists of sewage collection device, neutralization regulation device, dosing reaction device, filtration device, biological activated carbon oxidation device, disinfection device, etc. The comprehensive treatment of organic, inorganic, and biological wastewater generated in the laboratory through the above process can effectively remove COD, BOD, SS, chromaticity, and heavy metal ions from the wastewater. Different treatment technologies and control systems are used for wastewater treatment based on the composition of different experimental wastewater. The product has the advantages of high technology, high degree of automation, no need for dedicated personnel, good processing effect, small footprint, and convenient operation and management.
1. Neutralization device: Add NaOH to the wastewater to adjust the pH value to 8.5-10, so that chromium, iron ions, and NaOH in the wastewater react to form a precipitate, achieving the goal of removing heavy metal ions. Afterwards, the pH value will be adjusted back to 6-9, and the dosage of NaOH and HCI will be automatically controlled.
2. Coagulation and sedimentation device: Adding a certain amount of PAC and PAM produces a large amount of coagulation flocs in the sewage. After sedimentation, it reduces the workload of subsequent processes and improves the removal rate of COD and suspended solids.
3. Filtering device: using quartz sand packing layer to intercept and remove suspended solids and other fine substances that have not been separated by air flotation, timed backwashing to ensure stable filtering effect.
4. Activated carbon decolorization device: further deep treatment is carried out using the adsorption capacity of activated carbon to remove color and odor from water, ensuring that the effluent meets discharge standards.
5. Slow release sterilizer: It has a good disinfection effect on chlorine resistant viruses, spores, heterotrophic bacteria, sulfate reducing bacteria, and fungi in water systems.
6. Electrical control cabinet: mainly controls the PH online detector, filter backwash pump, and chlorine pump.

Laboratory wastewater treatment equipment is widely used in universities, research institutes, medical institutions, biopharmaceuticals, disease control centers, environmental monitoring, product quality inspection, drug testing, blood stations, animal husbandry, hospitals, enterprises and other laboratories and laboratories for wastewater treatment. Further treatment of wastewater through activated carbon achieves the effects of filtering impurities and decolorization.
In the final stage of the equipment, chlorine dioxide intervention is used to inactivate bacteria in the sewage and achieve disinfection effect.
