1. The control system adopts single-chip technology intelligent controller, LED digital display, and touch sensitive operation panel.
2. The feeding system adopts branded metering pumps and back pressure valves for constant back pressure and accurate measurement.
3. The heating unit adopts automatic constant temperature closed-loop control, which has protection functions such as heating water jacket water shortage, temperature sensor open circuit, short circuit protection, over temperature alarm and automatic stop of heating. The operation protection unit has the function of automatic shutdown protection for power water under pressure and material shortage (optional). The communication unit is equipped with a MODBUS485 communication interface. It has four passive contact outputs, which indicate the four working states of the controller, including "local/remote status, manual/automatic status, operating status, and total alarm", and can achieve remote monitoring of the controller's working status in the control room.
