Overview: LY and LJY series pumps are single-stage, single suction, submersible centrifugal pumps. Mainly used for resistance to phosphoric acid corrosion or abrasion. The medium temperature is 95 ℃.
The LY pump is suitable for transporting liquids with high concentrations of phosphoric acid, with specific requirements of a specific gravity of 1.1-2.0. Liquid phase H3P04=10-50% (with small amounts of F-1 and cl-1); Solid phase CaS04 ≤ 2-3%, there are two structural forms without a liquid outlet tube (Type I) and with a fixed liquid outlet tube (Type Il). The hanging depth (length of the submerged part) has specifications such as 700, 1200, 1700, 1900 (mm), etc.
The LJY pump is suitable for transporting phosphoric acid slurry and ammonium phosphate slurry, with a specific gravity requirement of 10-20 for the medium; Liquid phase H3P04; Solid phase CaS04? 2H20； The liquid-solid ratio is 3:1. The suspension depth of the pump comes in specifications such as 1000, 1300, 1400, 1500 (mm), etc.
The main manufacturing material for LY and LJY pumps is the new material F7, which is resistant to phosphoric acid corrosion, and the pump life can reach 6000 hours.
