Application Overview ★ Swirl Fluidized Bed Granulation and Coating Machine is a fluidized bed with a blade structure, and the blades are inclined to allow airflow to pass through the gaps between the blades, forming a strong circulating airflow that causes the material to move in a vortex like orderly manner. At the same time, the pneumatic nozzle installed on the side wall sprays adhesive or coating liquid into the vortex like material layer, thereby turning the powder into particles or obtaining a continuous and uniform coating film

Application Overview General of Applications
The swirling fluidized bed granulation and coating machine is a fluidized bed with a blade structure, and the blades are inclined at a certain angle to allow airflow to pass through the gaps between the blades, forming a strong circulating airflow that causes the material to move in a vortex like orderly manner. At the same time, the pneumatic nozzle installed on the side wall sprays the adhesive or coating liquid into the vortex like material layer, thereby making the powder into particles or obtaining a continuous and uniform coating film.
★ It is widely used for powder granulation and film, enteric, slow-release and controlled-release coating of powders, granules and pills, as well as coating for various materials such as masking, moisture-proof, waterproof, coloring, insulation, and isolation.
★ LBF Turbojet fluid-bed granulator coater has vane-shape bottom of hopper which has a certain lean, let the air flow pass through the rift then form circle-shape strong air flow, it makes material rotate as regular turbojet movement. Meanwhile the pneumatic nozzle installed under left wall spray binder or coating liquid into turbojet material, in this way granulating or coating film can be obtained.
★ It is widely used in coating of powder, granule, pellet, entericreleasing, slow and control releasing, and coating of taste masking, moisture-proof antioxidation, prevent water, heat insulation, coloration and separation etc.
Features of Equipment
★ Swirl driven air distributor ensures orderly movement of materials.
★ Swirl fluidization overcomes the phenomena of channel flow and blind spots.
The particles produced are porous, instant, highly spherical, have good surface glossiness, strong density, and are not easily broken.
Materials with poor moisture absorption and flowability can also be made into qualified particles.
★ Rotational flow drives air distributor in order to guarantee that material can move in order.
★ Fluidization of rotational flow, it overcomes channel flow and dead corner.
★ The prepared granule is porous and can solve quickly, with high sphericity coefficient,good surface luster,certain intensity and is not easy to break.
★ It can deal with low moisture-absorb and fluidity material to gain complete granule.
