KB170-II film bundling machine

The film bundling machine is a novel energy-saving and material saving packaging equipment independently developed by our company's technical personnel in 2003, and has won multiple awards.
Its performance and characteristics:
1. This machine adopts PLC control human-machine interface operation;
2. The servo motor controls the length of the film feeding, making it convenient and stable to adjust the tightness of the bundling (the length of the film feeding can be rewritten on the touch screen). It has low requirements for the paper box (bundling within the maximum bearing capacity of the paper box) and a wide adaptability range for the bundling film (the friction coefficient of the bundling film surface does not affect the tightness);
3. The finished product has a beautiful appearance: there are positioning on all four sides when bundling, which can ensure a neat appearance;
4. Single connector: The appearance of the connector is not obvious and saves materials;
5. The outer cover is made of stainless steel material, which meets GMP requirements;
