Product Application

Mainly used for self-adhesive labeling of various cylindrical bottles. The bottles that need to be labeled are transported by conveyor belts, and the labels are automatically labeled with batch numbers by pneumatic coding machines. Then, they are sent to the round bottles by the labeling belt and automatically pasted on the bottles. This machine adopts PLC microcomputer photoelectric control for label feeding, labeling, and printing. The labeling position of the round bottle self-adhesive labeling machine can be adjusted up and down, and the batch number is printed using an imported print head. The printing position can be adjusted vertically and horizontally freely, with strong flexibility. It is equipped with functions such as production counting, no bottle delivery, and stepless adjustment, ensuring accurate and reliable labeling.
