This machine changes the traditional sine wave pulsation period curve of jigs and adopts a more advanced sawtooth wave pulsation period curve. This series of jigs has the characteristics of rapid upward water flow and stable downward water flow, which is very suitable for the re-election and recovery of fine-grained materials. It is commonly used for the beneficiation and recovery of minerals such as tin ore, gold ore, tungsten tin ore, tantalum niobium ore, antimony ore, mercury ore, gold ore, etc.
The sawtooth wave jig adopts a sawtooth wave generator to push the moving cone to generate a sawtooth wave type pulsating cycle curve, which has multiple advantages such as easy adjustment of stroke and number of strokes, high recovery rate of fine-grained materials, and water saving. In recent years, it has been widely used in the field of fine-grained mineral reselection.

Jigs are selected equipment for deep groove type. All jigs have a jigs chamber. The mechanism for stirring water flow and the product discharge mechanism. The sieve plate in the jig chamber is made of punched steel plates, woven iron screens or grates. When water flows into the jig chamber through the sieve plate, the bed should not rise too high and be slightly loose. Particles with high density enter the bottom layer due to local pressure and settling velocity, while particles with low density move to the upper layer. When the water flow decreases, small particles with high density can also enter the lower layer through gradually tight bed gaps, supplementing the mechanism of layer by layer agitation of water flow according to density. In the early years, a piston was used, and the piston chamber was located on the side of the jig chamber, with the lower part connected and driven up and down by an eccentric connecting rod mechanism.
