Method/Step 1:

Choose your own type of weighing scale and weighing capacity based on your needs. After selecting the type of weighing scale, choose the foundation pit according to the site. The foundation pit of electronic weighing scales is generally divided into two types, one is no foundation pit, and the other is shallow foundation pit. Shallow foundation pit refers to the installation method of electronic weighing scales in the foundation pit, where the surface of the weighing platform is level with the ground. Electronic weighing scales without foundation pits are installed above ground level. There are advantages and disadvantages to each of the two methods. Shallow foundation pits are suitable for places where the site is not spacious enough and require special drainage, which is also inconvenient for later maintenance. Without foundation pits, they are suitable for places where the site is spacious and there is a lot of room for rotation. They can be cleaned regularly without water accumulation, and the cost is relatively cheap. The site generally allows for the installation of electronic weighing scales without foundation pits.

Method/Step 2:

According to your own weighing scale, make a design drawing for the weighing scale, and then construct according to the drawing as shown in the following figure. It should be noted that regardless of the type of foundation pit, the sensor must be installed below, and the bearing point should be concrete, which needs to be very strong. Generally, iron blocks need to be placed on top and protrude. Several sensor bearing points need to be sturdy and have a height error of no more than ± 3mm between each bearing point on a roughly horizontal plane.. While constructing the foundation pit, a weighing room can also be built. The weighing room should be close to the electronic weighing scale to accommodate weighing instruments, computers, printers, and other equipment. It should also be convenient for the weighing personnel to contact the driver, transfer the weighing list, ensure that the car is weighed, recognize the license plate number to check the goods, and so on

Method/Step 3:

Place the weighing scale into the foundation pit. Adjust the sensor so that the ball below it is on the carrier * and under appropriate pressure. Then mark the wires of each sensor and connect them to the junction box. Connect the main line from the junction box to the weighing room and connect the instruments

Method/Step 4:

Perform preliminary adjustment, drive a car with known weight to each sensor area, check the instrument readings, adjust the angle difference and overall data.
