I. Overview

The HZD-B-X type is mainly used for monitoring the vibration intensity of rotating machinery with a speed of 600-15000 revolutions per minute. It is matched with a magneto electric vibration speed sensor and can monitor the vertical and horizontal vibration or vibration intensity values of rotating machinery. The instrument is displayed on the front panel and has standard current output. It can be connected to various DCS and PLC systems. When the vibration value exceeds *, the instrument can be equipped with an external sound and light alarm to prompt on-site operators to take preventive measures, and has alarm and dangerous switch output to protect the safe and reliable operation of the machine.

• Realize intelligent processing: Alarm values, danger values, and range values can be set arbitrarily through panel buttons
• The panel buttons can adjust the range value without the need for potentiometer adjustment, making it convenient for on-site debugging
• If you don't press the operation key for one minute, you can return to the running state by yourself
• The alarm delay adjustment range is 1-60 seconds to prevent false alarms caused by on-site interference
• Equipped with power on delay function and delayed alarm output function, effectively suppressing instrument false alarms
• Vibration intensity and vibration displacement measurement can be switched between measurements
