Explosion proof weighbridge application industry:
Explosion proof weighing scales can be widely used in the petroleum, chemical, mining, pharmaceutical, aerospace, and military sectors.
1. The explosion-proof weighing scale adopts intrinsic safety circuit and explosion-proof technology.
2. The display controller and the weighing system of the scale form a separate structure.
3. Explosion proof weighing scales have the characteristics of small size, light weight, easy mobility and maintenance, safety and reliability, and low price.
4. The product has been identified as qualified by the explosion-proof safety supervision and inspection station of instruments and meters.
1. Basic installation
(1) Installation of locating pins: Install three locating pins (hexagonal) on the limit base plate and the infinite base plate, and use an hexagonal wrench M6 to lock the locating pins.
(2) Install the lower connector: Install the stainless steel lower connector on the base plate, adjust the position so that the pin hole of the connector fits perfectly into the three positioning pins, and check that there are no debris embedded between the connector and the base plate. Use a level to check the levelness of the upper and lower connecting parts of each base plate, and require that the height error of the installation point of each 60 ton explosion-proof weighing sensor be controlled within 3mm. Using the method of adding or subtracting shims to adjust the levelness, it should be noted that the total thickness of the shims should not exceed 12mm
(3) Install the upper connector: Apply butter on the top of the upper connector before installation, and fix it in the inner hole of the 60 ton explosion-proof weighing sensor support beam around the scale body to ensure that the connector is installed correctly and without tilting.
(4) For the analog locator: In order to prevent damage to the 60 ton explosion-proof weighing sensor during the installation of the scale body, an analog locator is used instead of a digital 60 ton explosion-proof weighing sensor. The analog locator is wiped clean, coated with butter, and inserted into the connector hole. Measure along the perimeter of the simulated locator using a verticality detection tool to ensure installation verticality in all directions.
Installation of 2.60-ton explosion-proof weighing platform
First, use a crane to smoothly lift the left unit scale body and drop it into the foundation pit. The angle of tension of the steel wire rope used for lifting should not be less than 45 °. Method for identifying the left unit's 60 ton explosion-proof weighing platform: Install four 60 ton explosion-proof weighing sensors with longitudinal limit bolts and transverse limit plates. Lift up the 60 ton explosion-proof weighing platform with a jack, remove the square wooden pad under the 60 ton explosion-proof weighing platform, slowly release the jack, let the 60 ton explosion-proof weighing platform fall slowly, and insert the pressure bearing parts on the sensor of the 60 ton explosion-proof weighing platform into the support beam hole of the 60 ton explosion-proof weighing platform. After the weighing body is in place, check and calibrate the clearance around the 60 ton explosion-proof weighing platform to meet the installation requirements. Use a level to check the levelness of the scale body. The horizontal position of the 60 ton explosion-proof weighing platform can be adjusted by adding or removing the thickness of the gasket under the connecting piece base. Use a pry bar to adjust the 60 ton explosion-proof weighing platform so that the gap between each platform is 10mm, and the gap between the 60 ton explosion-proof weighing platform and the slope is 15-25mm. Check the verticality of all simulated locators again. If necessary, the verticality of the 60 ton explosion-proof weighing sensor can be adjusted by adjusting the position of the cushion plate and limit bottom plate.
3. Installation of digital 60 ton explosion-proof weighing sensor
The 60 ton explosion-proof weighing sensor currently used by our company has been adjusted before the manufacturer leaves the factory. The simulator is lifted up with a jack, the simulator is removed, and the 60 ton explosion-proof weighing sensor is placed in. During installation, an appropriate amount of lubricating oil should be applied to the upper and lower support heads. The jack should be slowly lowered to ensure that the upper support head of the 60 ton explosion-proof weighing sensor falls into the hole of the connecting piece on the hammer, and all 60 ton explosion-proof weighing sensors are installed.
4. Install limit bolts and adjust the limit clearance
Installation of lateral limit: According to the limit diagram, screw in the limit bolt and locking nut, and keep the gap between the head of the limit bolt and the side of the 60 ton explosion-proof weighing sensor at about 3mm, then tighten the nut.
5. System connection and grounding
6. Debugging and Setting
After the installation of a 60 ton explosion-proof weighing scale, the relevant parameters of the 60 ton explosion-proof weighing scale sensor (including the type, quantity, and corresponding 60 ton explosion-proof weighing scale sensor for each corner position) should be set on the instrument first, and the scale should be calibrated briefly. Then, heavy objects (such as car load weights) as close as possible to the full range should be pressed back on the 60 ton explosion-proof weighing scale platform 2-6 times to ensure that all parts of the platform are stable and the 60 ton explosion-proof weighing scale sensor is vertically stressed. After pressing, the 60 ton explosion-proof weighing platform should be able to reliably return to zero when pressed against the empty scale. Otherwise, it is necessary to check whether there are installation problems with the 60 ton explosion-proof weighing platform and the sensor, and whether the foundation is not solid. After the problem is solved, press the 60 ton explosion-proof weighing platform 2-3 times and check the scale return to zero.
For example, SLC820 digital weighing 60 ton explosion-proof weighing sensor. A total of 8 digital 60 ton explosion-proof weighing sensors are installed on the 60 ton explosion-proof weighing platform, with addresses ranging from 1 to 8, distributed in eight corner positions (i.e. installation positions). Evaluation method: Check the internal code of the 60 ton explosion-proof weighing sensor in each corner position while the scale is empty. If the following three conditions are met, it indicates that the 60 ton explosion-proof weighing platform is installed well and the 60 ton explosion-proof weighing sensor is subjected to relatively uniform force:
(1) The difference in inner codes between corner positions one and eight, two and seven, three and six, and corner positions four and five is not very large (empirical value: the difference is within 20%, the smaller the better).
(2) The difference in inner codes between corner positions one, four, five, and eight is not very large, and the difference in inner codes between corner positions two, three, six, and seven is not very large (empirical value: the difference is within 20%, the smaller the better).
(3) The code values of corner positions two, three, six, and seven are approximately twice the code values of corner positions one, four, five, and eight. The methods and principles mentioned above are also applicable to 60 ton explosion-proof weighing scales with 4, 6, or more SLC820 digital 60 ton explosion-proof weighing sensors.
Correction of angle difference for 60 ton explosion-proof weighing scale
After all the previous work is completed, the SLC820 digital weighing 60 ton explosion-proof weighing sensor can be used to correct the angle difference of the 60 ton explosion-proof weighing sensor. Before correcting the angle difference, it is recommended to perform a simple calibration of the instrument before starting to press and adjust the angle difference. Generally, 60 ton explosion-proof weighing instruments provide two methods of angle correction: manual and automatic. The choice of method depends entirely on personal habits. Based on experience, the angle difference is automatically corrected first, and then fine tuned and corrected manually. Then, the calibration and other metrological performance testing of the 60 ton explosion-proof weighing scale can begin.
