The flow current analyzer is used for continuous online measurement of charges on small suspended particles and colloids in liquids. The measurement results of charges are converted into A.C signals or flow current (SC) through electronic signal processing. The flow current (SC) value is proportional to the charge density, and the charged state depends on the excess positive and negative charges in the water after flocculation. By detecting changes in the flow current (SC) value, the characteristics of water (such as color and turbidity) can be quickly reflected, allowing operators to adjust the dosage of coagulants accordingly.

The Flumsys 10SC flow current analyzer can be optionally equipped with a preprocessing system to ensure long-term operation of the instrument. It has continuous measurement, automatic cleaning, and PID control functions, and can be connected to existing dosing systems to start automatic dosing control. The dosage of flocculant will be automatically adjusted according to the characteristics of water.
