Vibration monitoring is an ideal early fault alarm method for machines, as most auxiliary machine failures are reflected in the increase of vibration. JM-B-37 electronic vibration switch monitors abnormal vibrations of the machine and predicts damage to the machine. JM-B-37 mainly monitors the following types of machine faults: rotor imbalance, misalignment, bearing damage, and belt damage.

The JM-B-37 electronic vibration switch can continuously monitor the vibration of the machine. If the vibration of the machine exceeds the allowable value, an alarm will be provided or the machine power will be turned off to protect the machine from damage. In most cases, vibration can indicate machine problems for a considerable period of time before the machine is damaged. For example, vibration monitoring can detect potential machine malfunctions much earlier than temperature monitoring.
