Introduction to circular water bath nitrogen blowing instrument
Introduce the circular water bath nitrogen blower:
The circular water bath nitrogen blowing instrument consists of a chassis, a central rod, a sample positioning frame, a gas distribution system, etc. The test tube is fixed by a positioning frame spring and a tray, and the sample grade is labeled with a number. The gas passes through an adjustable flow meter to the gas distribution system, and then through an elastic hose to various grade needle valve tubes. The needle valve tubes can be adjusted up and down according to the size of the test tube and the amount of solvent, and then the gas is blown towards the surface of the solution by the needle, causing the solvent to evaporate rapidly.
The circular water bath nitrogen blower includes a main unit, a sample holder, and a gas distribution system. The test tube is fixed in position by a spring-loaded test tube clamp and support plate. Each sample position is numbered. The gas enters the gas distribution manifold, and the flexible air duct guides the gas into the valve air duct interface at each position. According to the size of the test tube and the amount of solvent, each airway can be independently raised and lowered to the desired height. Usually, a nitrogen blower is used instead of the commonly used rotary evaporator for concentration. The nitrogen blower can concentrate dozens of samples simultaneously, greatly reducing sample preparation time, and has the characteristics of time-saving, easy operation, and speed.
The DN-12Y circular electric lifting water bath nitrogen blowing instrument adopts recognized technology, utilizing blow and capture technology, and can also control the temperature and heat of the sample. Inert gases such as nitrogen are quickly, controllably, and continuously blown onto the surface of the sample to achieve rapid anaerobic concentration of the sample solution. Widely used in fields such as food safety, medicine, pesticide residue detection, clinical pharmacokinetics, etc.
The circular water bath nitrogen blower utilizes nitrogen gas, which is an inert gas that can isolate oxygen, enhance air flow around it, and increase its temperature to prevent oxidation. At the same time, the bottom is heated while the top is purged with nitrogen or air. The rapid flow of nitrogen can break the gas-liquid equilibrium above the liquid, accelerating the evaporation and concentration rate of the liquid. Therefore, the main function of the nitrogen blower is to achieve rapid concentration of the sample. This method has the characteristics of time-saving, convenience, and accuracy.
The circular water bath nitrogen blowing instrument has emerged, which not only solves all the disadvantages of using a rotary evaporator, especially for small and multiple samples, but also becomes a necessary instrument for every chemical laboratory. For samples that cannot be heated or even require cooling and concentration, only a nitrogen blower can be used for concentration.
