Working principle

When materials enter from the import, they are filtered out through a metal wedge-shaped filter with a large filtering area, and then pumped to the next step for product filling. The mixer comes with a scraper that rotates tightly against the surface of the filter to scrape out impurities, which then enter the screw cavity along with the descending liquid. In the slag removal system, the screw rotates to extrude dry slag (the extruded slag is in a continuous solid state), and the extruded filtrate is pumped into the feed inlet for circulating filtration.
