working principle

1、 Adopting fully automatic bucket sorting and picking equipment accelerates the conveying speed.

2、 The automatic filling device is equipped with an automatic measuring device, which will directly fill the material into the packaging drum that is conveyed according to the predetermined standard through the filling nozzle. The entire process is accurate and fast, without causing material waste or environmental pollution. The loaded bucket will be transmitted through the power track to the next stage.

3、 Automatically cover and top, seal one by one. The filled barrels are accurately sent to the automatic capping machine. The capping machine uses a robotic arm to extract one lid each time and place it accurately on top of the filled barrels. The automatic sealing machine immediately cooperates with the action to accurately squeeze the lid and seal the filled barrels.

4、 Automatic stacking, placing on pallets. The filled packaging drums are sealed and transported to the automatic stacker crane. The automatic stacker crane uses a professional robotic arm to accurately extract and place the filled packaging drums into the designated pallets. When the number of paint buckets in the tray reaches the specified number, the robotic arm will automatically transport the tray containing the buckets to the designated location.
