The QL-TS-8 intelligent online carbon silicon analyzer for molten iron is a fast analysis equipment for users in the casting industry. Replacing conventional analysis instruments cannot meet the time requirements for rapid analysis before the furnace, and plays a significant role in quality control of casting production. Application features:

The QL-TS-8 intelligent iron online analyzer is mainly used for chemical analysis of carbon and silicon elements in cast iron and ductile iron materials;

Measurement function: Iron grade, carbon equivalent, carbon content, silicon content, undercooling degree, spheroidization rate;

Setting function: 8 inspection lines, 8 target components, and linkage between inspection lines and target materials can be set;

Supplement function: Calculate the supplement amount based on the measurement results, comparing the target composition, iron weight, and yield rate;

Recording function: According to the measurement time sequence, it can record 3000 measurement results and reproduce the process;

Browse function: can browse the trend distribution chart of the main measurement parameters and the differential chart of the solidification temperature curve;

Output function: Optional function to output measurement records to a USB drive.
