TQ-2000 is an atmospheric sampler launched by our company. The instrument uses an American microcontroller as the intelligent control processor, making the instrument more applicable. This instrument is widely used for atmospheric environment monitoring and indoor air environment detection.

This intelligent operation platform is built on an intelligent and sophisticated internal management system, with menu settings that can record the last sampling time, continuous sampling, intermittent sampling, intelligent power management, timely display of battery level, charging indication, and efficient imported hollow cup motor drive. Large LCD screen display, no operation timed shutdown, etc., is currently one of the most popular, ideal, and practical atmospheric samplers.

3、 Usage and maintenance

1. After installing the sampling head with a filter membrane clamp, press the "on/off" button for two seconds to enter the power on screen. Press the "cancel" button to enter the "function settings". Use the up and down keys to enter the "sampling mode settings" or "system function settings". If you choose the sampling mode settings, press "confirm" and then press the "left" and "right" keys to select continuous sampling or intermittent sampling (usually continuous sampling). Press the "up" and "down" keys to select the sampling time and stop time (in intermittent sampling mode). It is recommended to shut down the system if there is no operation setting within 1-3 seconds. The backlight time should be around 5 seconds. After setting, press the "Cancel" button to enter the "Confirm" sampling time. After setting the menu once, the next time you turn it on, simply press the "Power On" button and select the desired time, then press "Confirm" to start sampling.

2. Charging: The display screen of the instrument shows the battery capacity. This graphic indicates full charge, and when the graphic indicates undervoltage, it needs to be charged. When charging, simply connect the battery cable to AC mains and connect it continuously with the sampler for fully automatic charging. The indicator light of the charging completed host has changed from red to green.

3. Attention: If the battery is not used for more than 3 months, it should be recharged to ensure the service life of high-energy cadmium nickel batteries.

In air with high dust content, a sampling head with a filter membrane should be installed before starting up, otherwise dust particles entering the machine will affect the cleanliness of the air path components.
