The TJ series water purifier mainly consists of an inlet main valve, a coarse filter, an inlet observation and flow control system, a coagulant dosing and mixing system, a reaction settler, a filter with an automatic backwash system, an outlet observation sampling port, and a disinfection system. All design concepts are developed and produced for small and medium-sized rural drinking water projects, fully considering the characteristics of the actual situation in rural areas and towns. It has the characteristics of compact structure, rationality, no need for electricity, easy operation, stable operation, good treatment effect, strong adaptability, and long service life. It is convenient to purify surface water into standard drinking water.

1. The high-efficiency water purifier mainly consists of an inlet main valve, a coarse filter, an inlet observation and flow control system, a coagulant dosing and mixing system, a reaction settler, a filter with an automatic backwash system, an outlet observation sampling port, and a disinfection system. Compact structure, reasonable, no need for electricity, easy operation, stable operation, good processing effect, strong adaptability, and long service life.
2. A transparent glass rotor flowmeter, flow control valve, pressure gauge, and sampling port are installed at the inlet of the water purifier. While adjusting the inlet flow rate, the turbidity of the inlet water can be observed and sampled for analysis.
3. Based on the characteristics of large particles such as leaves, grass roots, and sand and stones carried in the raw water of rural reservoirs and streams, a coarse filter is installed in the water purifier before the raw water enters the equipment to isolate and filter out the impurities, avoiding them from blocking the subsequent static mixer and flow meter. Its design feature is convenient and practical, just open the quick opening cover, take out the waste basket, clean the waste, and then cover it again.
4. Adopting an improved pipeline static mixer, the design of the blades and ports of the monomers has been improved to divert the water flow, while generating vortex reverse rotation and cross flow. Multiple mixing effects such as diversion, communication, turbulence, and vortex occur simultaneously in each monomer, improving the mixing effect of the coagulant, reducing the dosage of coagulant, and reducing operating costs.
5. A balance pipe is installed at the upper end of the reactor head to balance the pressure of the high-level reservoir head, ensuring that the reactor sedimentation vessel always operates at normal pressure under different inlet pressures, greatly improving the stability and service life of the water purification equipment. The balance pipe is also used to remove the accumulated air in the reactor.
6. Water purifiers are used in remote mountainous areas and rural areas where there is often no power supply for installation and use. It is required that the equipment can operate without power. We have designed a pressure type dosing tank to use the pressure difference of raw water inlet to add coagulants, and a hydraulic control disinfection dosing device to add disinfectants can solve the dosing problem without electricity. The dosing equipment is installed on the equipment foundation or the working face of the clean water tank, and there is no need to set up a high-level dosing box for gravity dosing to avoid the operational danger of climbing high for dosing.
7. The filter adopts a valve free filter with automatic backwashing that does not require electricity. The connection between the reactor and the filter uses a U-shaped connecting pipe to prevent air from the raw water from entering the automatic backwashing system, making its operation more stable and reliable, ensuring backwashing and cleaning.
