When conducting peel strength testing, according to the standard requirements, the temperature should be at 20 degrees Celsius and the radiation cross-linked polyethylene heat shrinkable tape should be wrapped for 24 hours before testing. The testing temperature here refers to the temperature of the steel pipe, not the climate temperature. Often, when the temperature is high, the adhesive layer of anti-corrosion tape is relatively soft, and its viscosity is greatly affected by temperature. Steel pipes are prone to heat absorption, and the temperature is more than ten degrees higher than the ambient temperature, often exceeding the detection temperature.

The detection temperature should be around 20 degrees Celsius. If the temperature is too high, the butyl rubber will become soft and the viscosity will decrease, which is not the true value. The detection data is accurate under the same ambient temperature as the underground temperature. Construction is not allowed in hot weather without taking measures. When the ambient temperature is below -8 ℃, it should not be exposed to sunlight. When the temperature is below the brittleness temperature of asphalt, it should not be shipped before solidification.

Electric heating melting sleeve, a product that changes the traditional process, is made by integrating special nickel chromium alloy mesh belt into PE sheet through special hot melting equipment, and forming it in one go. Due to the use of high-quality raw materials and a certain proportion of EVA hot melt adhesive for PE sheet, it is produced by co extrusion equipment and mixed and melted by a composite machine head, and then subjected to corona treatment. Therefore, a small amount of adhesive material can overflow around during welding melting. In addition, the nickel chromium alloy mesh has a fine texture, uniform arrangement, and high heat generation per unit time, which can be perfectly integrated with PE pipelines, with obvious sealing effect and good welding effect.
