1) The reaction kettle consists of a reaction vessel, a stirrer and transmission system, a cooling device, a safety device, a heating furnace, etc.
1. The kettle body and kettle cover are made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel processing. The kettle body is connected to the flange through threads, and the kettle cover is a regular flat plate cover. The two are fastened and connected by main bolts and nuts evenly distributed in the circumferential direction.
2. The main sealing seal of the autoclave adopts A-type double line sealing, and the other sealing points adopt the sealing form of circular arc surface to plane and circular arc surface to circular arc surface line contact. By relying on the accuracy and smoothness of the contact surface, a good sealing effect is achieved.
3. The kettle is equipped with a barrel shaped silicon carbide core outside, and the electric furnace wire is threaded through the core. Its end is threaded out from the lower part of the furnace shell side and connected to the controller through wiring bolts and rubber sheathed cables.
4. The kettle cover is equipped with a pressure gauge, bursting disc safety device, vapor-liquid phase valve, temperature sensor, etc., which facilitates the understanding of the reaction situation inside the kettle at any time, adjusts the proportion of the medium inside the kettle, and ensures safe operation.
5. The coupling is mainly composed of a pair of inner and outer magnetic rings with strong magnetic force, with a pressure bearing spacer in the middle. The mixer is driven by a servo motor through a coupling. By controlling the speed of the servo motor, the purpose of controlling the stirring speed can be achieved.
6. The upper part of the spacer is equipped with a speed measuring coil. When the agitator and the inner magnetic ring rotate together, the speed measuring coil generates an induced electromotive force, which corresponds to the stirring speed. This potential is transmitted to the tachometer to display the stirring speed.
7. A cooling water jacket is installed between the magnetic coupling and the kettle cover. When the operating temperature is high, cooling water should be supplied, and when the temperature of the magnetic steel is too high, demagnetization should occur.
8. The bearing adopts 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel bearing or strong electrochemical graphite, which is wear-resistant and has a long maintenance cycle
