The reaction kettle consists of a kettle body, kettle cover, jacket, stirrer, transmission device, shaft seal device, support, etc. The mixing forms generally include anchor type, paddle type, turbine type, propulsion type, or frame type. When the diameter ratio of the mixing device is large, multiple layers of mixing blades can be used, and it can also be selected according to the user's requirements. And a jacket can be installed outside the kettle wall, or a heat exchange surface can be installed inside the reactor, or heat exchange can be carried out through external circulation. The heating methods include electric heating, hot water heating, thermal oil circulation heating, far-infrared heating, external (internal) coil heating, etc. The cooling methods include jacket cooling, kettle coil cooling, and the form of stirring blades.

Operating Procedures
1、 Check the pipelines and valves related to the reaction kettle, and only proceed with feeding after ensuring compliance with the receiving conditions.
2、 Check whether the mixing motor, reducer, machine seal, etc. are normal, whether the oil level of the reducer is appropriate, and whether the cooling water supply of the machine seal is normal.
3、 Start mixing and add the specified amount of material while ensuring that there are no abnormal conditions. Reactors with a capacity of more than 10m3 or reactors with bottom bearings are strictly prohibited from running without air. The mixing can only be started when the bottom bearing is submerged in the liquid surface.
4、 Strictly follow the process operation procedures, pay close attention to the temperature and pressure inside the reaction vessel, as well as the pressure of the reaction vessel jacket, and strictly prohibit overheating and overpressure.
5、 During the reaction process, it is necessary to conduct regular inspections and promptly address any issues discovered.
6、 If overheating occurs, immediately use water to cool down. The temperature after cooling should meet the process requirements.
7、 If overpressure occurs, the vent valve should be opened immediately. Emergency pressure relief.
8、 If the power outage causes parking, the feeding should be stopped; During the feeding process, if there is a power outage, the feeding should be stopped, the vent valve should be opened, and water should be supplied to cool down. *When parking, the residual liquid in the kettle should be cleaned thoroughly, and the bottom valve, feed valve, steam inlet valve, discharge valve, etc. should be closed.
