Phenomenon 1: No response when turning on the device

Reason for malfunction: The power supply does not meet the requirements

Repair method: Please ask a professional electrician to assist in solving the problem

Reason for malfunction: Electric heating tube malfunction

Repair method: If the heating wire is short circuited, replace the heating tube. If the heating wire is blown, replace the heating wire

Phenomenon 2: The temperature cannot rise

Fault cause: When the time reaches the set value, the fan does not turn, resulting in no heating and temperature rise

Repair method: readjust the timing setting value

Reason for malfunction: The fan is malfunctioning during operation

Repair method: Replace the fan

Phenomenon 3: Heating occurs, the inner container cannot circulate, and the temperature rises slowly

Reason for malfunction: The motor is not running

Repair method: Replace the motor

Phenomenon 4: There is a difference between the temperature displayed on the control board and the temperature measured by the thermometer

Reason for malfunction: Inaccurate measurement of thermometer

Repair method: The thermometer needs to be re measured after passing the inspection by the testing department

Reason for malfunction: There is a deviation in the measurement and installation position of the thermometer

Repair method: Adjust the position of the thermometer to the center of the inner cavity, and do not directly place it on the shelf for measurement.

Phenomenon 5: Abnormal jumping or static temperature display

Reason for malfunction: There is a problem with the temperature sensor

Repair method: Replace with a new matching sensor
