2、 Structural characteristics of oven box body
1. Shell material: Made of 2mm thick Q235 cold-rolled steel plate (with comprehensive strength, plasticity, and welding performance) bent and welded;
2. Inner liner material: made of 1.5mm thick stainless steel plate, keeping the inner liner clean, dust-free, rust proof, and corrosion-resistant;
3. Box frame: Made of 50 * 50 * 3mm angle iron, it maintains the bearing strength of each surface inside and outside the box, and retains the coefficient of thermal expansion and contraction to prevent deformation of the box.
4. Sealing material: The sealing strip is made of silicone rubber strip, which can withstand temperature without deformation. The door and inner liner adopt a double-layer sealing form to enhance the sealing effect.
5. Control electrical box: There is a control electrical box on the right side of the box, equipped with three color indicator lights, and an added cooling fan to maintain good cooling function;
6. Door: Double opening door, with 3 reinforced hinges installed on both sides to prevent the door from sagging. Install 1 chrome plated square steel lock with strong pre tightening force and easy operation;

2. Wind turbine: 12 inch multi wing stainless steel wind turbine;
3. Heating tube: Made of stainless steel U-shaped heating tube with heat sink, which can evenly dissipate the temperature of the heating tube;
4. Air heating method: Air is drawn into the heating duct trough through the oven inlet, and the air is circulated inside the oven after being heated. The exhaust gas is discharged from the exhaust port;
5. Overtemperature alarm: Equipped with a high-power temperature alarm, the temperature alarm will sound and light when the baking time is up.
