Equipment structure and materials

1. Box material: All are made of SUS304 stainless steel plate, and the working room or other parts that come into contact with water are made of stainless steel plate or copper material.

2. Motor: Power of approximately 370W

3. Water pump: provides a pressurized test water source

4. Flow meter: Water flow measurement

5. Door: Large screen visual tempered glass door, allowing for real-time observation of test conditions

6. Deceleration mechanism: speed regulating motor, OM，90W/100W

7. Swing tube swing: It is achieved through mechanical transmission such as motor/frequency converter (Schneider) driving reducer/eccentric wheel mechanism/rack and pinion gear. Use a frequency converter to adjust the required angle (per unit time) through an eccentric mechanism.

8. Rotating worktable: The tabletop is made of PVC hard board (corrosion-resistant board), and the motor drives the worm gear reducer to rotate. The speed is adjusted using a frequency converter to adjust the appropriate speed. It can rotate forward and backward, with adjustable time and speed.

9. Nozzle: The bending radius of the swing tube is determined by the size of the specimen and the internal volume of the box. The nozzle is a foldable nozzle, and the spray hole can be changed at any time according to the required aperture of the standard. The spray direction can be adjusted to ensure that the water droplets are evenly sprayed and the flow rate is sufficient

10. Water supply tank: stainless steel water storage tank, equipped with water quality filter, inlet float valve, drain valve, heater: magnetic plate heater (domestic).

11. Sewer: Designed to quickly drain at the bottom of the box without accumulating water.

12. Reserve external cable interfaces.
