The refrigerated dryer adopts the working principle of cooling and condensation, mainly composed of three parts: heat exchange system, refrigeration system, and electrical control system. Compressed air first enters the pre cooler for gas air or gas water heat exchange, removing some of the heat energy, and then enters the cold and hot air exchanger, where it exchanges heat with the cold air that has been cooled to the pressure dew point from the evaporator, further reducing the temperature of the compressed air.

After being separated by a gas water separator, it is discharged through an automatic drain. And the dry low-temperature air enters the cold and hot air exchanger for heat exchange, and is output after the temperature rises.
