The hydrogen flowmeter is an instrument that uses the principle of thermal conduction to measure fluid flow rate. The alarm signal output of the gas flowmeter can be achieved through CMOS level output or OC gate output. When the output of the former becomes normal and low level, the alarm becomes high level. When the output of the latter becomes disconnected in normal state, the alarm becomes conductive. When the battery is in the undervoltage alarm output and its voltage drops below 3.2V, a corresponding alarm signal will appear; When the upper and lower limits of the operating flow rate alarm are output, it will also send out an alarm signal when the operating flow rate is greater than the upper limit of the alarm flow rate. When the operating flow rate is less than the lower limit of the alarm flow rate, it will also send out an alarm signal.

The RS-485 interface signal of the gas flowmeter adopts the MODBUS protocol mode, which can be directly connected to the upper computer for remote transmission of the temperature, pressure, standard volume flow rate and total amount of the measured medium, as well as the relevant parameters and fault codes of the instrument; When it is used in conjunction with signal acquisition instruments, we need to implement remote data acquisition and monitoring systems through computer networks and networks, and transmit data through networks, so as to read the historical data and fault status of each flowmeter in the network, and be able to remotely set the relevant information of various flowmeters. Thus, it can be combined with PLC \ \ \ RTU to form the required system.
