Segmented Unit

A slitting machine is a device that cuts rolls longitudinally into various widths. By exchanging the combination spacer, the width of the cut product can be flexibly changed. The knife shaft adjustment adopts the method of fixing the lower shaft and adjusting the upper shaft, which can accurately control the gap between the upper and lower shafts. Both the upper and lower blade shafts are fastened with nuts as the axial direction, and are equipped with blade protection sleeves at the ends of the upper and lower blade shafts.
