Hot and cold water unit (alias: full heat unit, high-efficiency air-cooled heat pump unit)

1. The structural composition of the product

The air-cooled heat pump unit is a new type of cooling and heating equipment, which works by exchanging cold and heat between air and water, turning low-grade energy into high-grade energy. This unit has the function of providing cold or hot water and then exchanging heat with the medium that needs to be exchanged. After years of technological improvement, our company has produced and designed a full heat unit: full heat+cooling function, which is widely used in the extraction field. During summer cooling, it absorbs the cold and heat from the air, providing low-temperature water at 7 ℃~12 ℃ cold water+40 ℃~45 ℃ hot water. The total heat unit extracts hot water at a higher temperature, reaching 65 ℃ hot water temperature or higher.

This product has three series: refrigeration, heating, and total heating. The key components have outstanding performance and reliable quality. The maximum application of total heating is for national extraction function.

(1) Flexible design and application

There are multiple or independent unit units or multiple combinations of units, with different quantities, cooling (heating) capacity, total heat, etc., which can achieve diverse, energy-saving, * *, environmental protection, and achieve various effects.

(2) Flexible scroll compressor or large total heat unit (screw compressor unit)

**Quiet, environmentally friendly, reliable, and cost-effective operation. Both flexible scroll compressors and screw compressors have the same performance, which is reflected in energy efficiency. The reliability of quiet operation, as well as very low system design and operating costs, make it more widely used in the field of energy-saving frequency conversion.

(3) Diversified structural design.

Equipped with a good control system, the system operates in a very good technical and economic state, and can automatically start and stop the unit according to the required cooling and heating load conditions.

(4) Select high-quality branded accessories

The side panels, columns, etc. in the outer box of the chassis are processed with high-quality cold plates, and the surface is coated with electrostatic spraying, which is firm in coating, strong in anti-corrosion performance, and has sun protection and waterproof functions.

The wind side heat exchanger is designed as a fin type with better heat transfer performance, while the heat transfer tubes of the water side heat exchanger are * * internally threaded copper tubes with high heat transfer coefficient and low water resistance.

(5) Easy installation and transportation

The whole machine is optimized for transportation, packaging, export and other requirements. The water system pipeline is not limited by length and height, and can be freely selected for user use or production end. Modular design, small size, light weight, compact structure, no need for professional cooling towers, saving installation space and reducing investment costs.
