2、 Structural characteristics of multi-layer tunnel furnace box with hot air jet
1. Shell material: Made of 2.0mm thick cold-rolled steel plate (with comprehensive strength, plasticity, and welding performance) bent and welded;
2. Surface treatment: surface grinding, polishing, phosphating (which can increase the corrosion resistance of metals and the adhesion of paints) treatment; High temperature spray coating (large ripple type) can prevent rust and resist corrosion. The color is "computer gray".
3. Inner liner material: made of 1.5mm thick SUS304 stainless steel plate, keeping the inner liner clean, dust-free, rust proof, and corrosion-resistant;

Features: The air circulation system of the hot air circulation oven adopts a fan circulation air supply method, with uniform and efficient air circulation.
