During work, fruits and vegetables are transported by conveyor belts or manually poured into the feeding hopper. The material enters the circular screen from the feeding hopper and is crushed by the rotating crushing disc. It is thrown near the inner wall of the cylindrical screen by centrifugal force and moves between the striking plate and the cylindrical screen, where it is subjected to compression, friction, and shear. Small fruit pulp particles and juice flow out of the screen holes, while larger particles such as skin and core move along the cylindrical screen towards the outlet end under the pushing effect of the striking plate and lead angle, and are discharged from the slag discharge outlet.
