Performance characteristics of high-speed constant temperature fully automatic hammer type cyclone mill
1. Using high-speed grinding and hammering, the sample is made into powder and enters the stainless steel integrator through the stainless steel sieve plate with high-speed airflow to produce the required uniform sample;
2. The box is equipped with excellent sound absorbing and insulating materials, resulting in low noise levels;
3. The motor is equipped with a temperature control protection circuit, which will automatically shut down once the motor exceeds the set temperature;
4. The sample has a high-speed airflow automatic cleaning and grinding chamber function during crushing, without the need to stop manual cleaning during sample crushing;
5. Irregular shaped large particle samples (such as large particle corn) are fed and crushed;
6. The high-speed airflow during the hammer crushing process can cause the loss of moisture in the sample. Due to temperature control limitations, the temperature inside the chamber is kept at room temperature. The cyclone mill can minimize moisture loss as much as possible. Generally, samples containing 10-20% moisture will lose 2-5% of their moisture during the crushing process.
7. LCD touch operation, clean interface, easy to operate. Temperature control, crushing time, main motor speed, and feeding speed can be set.
