Structural characteristics and uses: This series of pressure reducing valves belongs to the pilot piston pressure reducing valve. It consists of two parts: the main valve and the pilot valve. The main valve is mainly composed of valve seat, main valve disc, piston, spring and other parts. The pilot valve is mainly composed of valve seat, valve disc, diaphragm, spring, regulating spring and other parts. By adjusting the spring pressure to set the outlet pressure, using a diaphragm to sense changes in outlet pressure, and driving the piston to adjust the size of the overcurrent area at the throttle position of the main valve through the opening and closing of the pilot valve, the pressure reduction and stabilization function is achieved. This series of products has made the following improvements on the basis of ordinary pressure reducing valves: increasing the piston area, changing the throttling structure, changing the sealing form, improving the guide valve structure and adjusting spring form, thereby improving the performance of the product from the following aspects. 1. Improved the sensing efficiency of outlet pressure changes, increased sensitivity, and greatly reduced pressure deviation caused by upstream pressure changes, flow rate changes, and other factors. 2.
