1. The carburetor of the two-stroke lawn mower is made of clean gasoline (90 # or above), and the lubricating oil is FD grade lawn mower two-stroke engine oil. The new engine will idle and run in for 2 hours, with a mixture ratio of 25:1 for regular engine oil and 50:1 for engine oil.

2. When a two-stroke air-cooled gasoline engine operates continuously, the crankcase temperature should not exceed 90 degrees. If it overheats, the engine should be stopped for 15-20 minutes before resuming operation (usually the machine is used for 50-70 minutes and rested for 15-20 minutes). Fuel filling must be carried out in a cold state. The refrigerator should be operated at low speed for 3 minutes before normal use, and do not use the high throttle for a long time when not cutting grass.

3. Do not overspeed the carburetor of the lawn mower. Except in emergency situations, the machine should be stopped at low speed.

4. Engine oil should be correct, genuine, and clean, while gasoline should be clean and fresh. *Usage: Komatsu 2T, Jiashiduo 2T, Mobil Xiaobawang 2T.

5. Non professionals are not allowed to adjust the carburetor of the lawn mower. When adjustment is necessary, generally tighten the oil needle gently clockwise and then counterclockwise for 1.5-1.75 turns.

6. The air filter element should be checked regularly, cleaned with soapy water or replaced regularly (paper filters should be replaced on time).

7. After running the gasoline engine for 100-300 hours, use wood or bamboo chips to remove carbon deposits once. Remove the cylinder head when cleaning, and remove the carbon deposits attached to the cylinder, cylinder head, piston, etc. Carbon deposits must not enter the cylinder.

8. Keep the gasoline engine, especially the cylinder cooling fins, clean.

9. When refueling, inspecting, repairing, and maintaining, remove the spark plug cap, do not smoke, and stay away from open flames.

10. Do not operate indoors. During machine operation, unrelated personnel should leave the machine at least 15 meters away, except for the operator.

11. Check the tightness of bolts in the working and other parts of the machine before and after each use.

12. If there is a clutch, the gasoline engine must not be started until the clutch is exposed or the machine is installed properly.

13. Other lubrication parts of the machine should be regularly lubricated with lubricating oil or grease according to the instructions as needed.
