The high-pressure vessel material mainly adopts 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel and can be made of titanium (TA2) sprayed with PTFE grade nickel lining according to different medium requirements. The stirring bearing adopts corrosion-resistant and turbid stainless steel bearings, suitable for high-speed rotation and stirring of low viscosity materials.

There are two types of discharge methods: upper discharge method and lower discharge method, which are available for users to choose from when ordering. 1. The shell adopts standard design, and the upper cover can be pulled out backwards for easy maintenance and inspection. The panel is equipped with temperature and voltage meters, as well as control switches and adjustment knobs for the operator to operate and use.

2. Electrical principle: The electronic components of the mixing control circuit are assembled on a single circuit board, using a dual closed-loop control system, which has the characteristics of high speed regulation accuracy, stable speed, strong resistance, and complete protection functions such as limiting overspeed and overcurrent. Adjusting the "speed regulation" knob can change the DC voltage of the DC motor, thereby changing the motor speed and achieving the purpose of controlling the mixing speed.

3. In the heating circuit, a voltage regulating block is used to simplify the heating circuit. By adjusting the "voltage regulating" knob, the heating power can be adjusted. At the same time, the control part of the heating circuit is equipped with intelligence, allowing the heating temperature to be adjusted freely according to the requirements of the process, and controlling the temperature accuracy * (see temperature table for details)

4. All external leads are led out from the rear panel through the wiring terminals inside the controller
