Overview

The PLC automatic control system is configured with an integrated structure of the host and control device for automated operation. It is a pilot grade cross flow filtration device that is easy to operate. By replacing membrane components of different filtration levels (nanofiltration or reverse osmosis), it can achieve applications such as nanofiltration, reverse osmosis, etc., such as garbage leachate treatment, high salt wastewater treatment, and high concentration of highly polluting complex materials (such as juice concentration and drug concentration).

Design resistant to high salt corrosion
The system adopts a high salt corrosion resistant design, and the high-pressure overcurrent components are made of duplex stainless steel 2205, while the low-pressure components are designed with PVC. The feeding pump is a magnetic fluoroplastic pump, the pressure pump is made of 316L or duplex stainless steel, and the water tank is made of PP or PVC material. The whole machine can operate continuously in a 15% NaCl solution.

Adopting imported plunger pump
The equipment pressure pump adopts an imported plunger pump, which has high pressure, no shear force, corrosion resistance, and high reliability. Coupled with frequency conversion control, it can accurately adjust the flow rate. The system is equipped with a safety relief valve that automatically releases pressure when the limit is exceeded; Energy storage shock absorbers prevent pressure fluctuations and ensure smoother fluid operation; Variable frequency control of pump motor enables flexible start and stop, avoiding pressure impact on membrane components and systems.

The control method combines PLC and industrial tablet computer, and the screen can display parameters such as pressure, temperature, liquid level, flow rate, conductivity, pump operating frequency, and automatic valve opening ratio. It can achieve constant pressure control or constant current control of the system, and the system can give alarm prompts and protection for problems such as liquid level, feed low pressure, and excessive dialysate. At the same time, the industrial tablet computer can display real-time changes in various parameters, display important parameter trends in charts, and accurately record all experimental data, greatly reducing labor intensity and minimizing human operational errors.
